EVERYTHING IN ONE SET OF BOOKS
Every invoice, payment and correction lands in the right place in the books. You always see where you stand.
An invoice gets a consecutive number and is in the books at once. When the payment arrives, the software knows which invoice it belongs to.
More about invoicingA booking that does not balance is refused. A posted entry is not edited: you correct it, and both stay visible. That is exactly what an accountant and the tax authority want to see.
More about the ledgerONE SMALL FIRST STEP
You get a Dutch chart of accounts, VAT codes and the current fiscal year. Or open the demo administration first and look around.
Every invoice is posted at once. You import your bank statement as a file; payments find their invoice on their own.
The boxes are filled in. Then you lock the period, and balance sheet and result agree to the cent.

Yes. The course Bookkeeping for beginners explains in eleven lessons what receivables, payables, VAT and the balance sheet are, with worked examples and exercises. In the demo administration you practise without anything going wrong.
You import transactions as CAMT.053, MT940 or CSV. Every Dutch bank offers those files, including ING, Rabobank, ABN AMRO, bunq, Knab and Triodos. An overlapping period adds nothing twice.
The software calculates the return from your bookings, in the same boxes as the tax authority's form. You copy the amounts into Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk and record here that you have filed.
Yes. You invite your bookkeeper with a role of their own: view, post or manage. For the annual accounts you export the books as an audit file (XAF), the format accountants and the tax authority use.
A draft can be changed freely. A posted entry is corrected with a reversal or credit note: the mistake and the correction both stay visible. That keeps your books verifiable.
YOUR NEXT STEP DOESN’T HAVE TO BE A BIG ONE
Create your administration or open the demo. Within a few minutes you see how it works.
